• More than 48 hours before the tour: Guests may cancel their booking for a full refund.

• 24-48 hours before the tour: Cancellations within this window will receive a 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.

No-Shows

• Guests who fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling

• Guests may reschedule their tour free of charge if the request is made more than 48 hours before the tour. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the tour will incur a fee of $25.

 Cancellations by Operator

• Tours may be canceled or rescheduled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or mechanical issues. In such cases, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

• Guests are expected to arrive at the designated location at least [15 minutes] prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in the tour being shortened, and refunds will not be issued for lost time.

We strive to provide an exceptional experience on every tour! Gratuity is not included in the cost of your private pleasure tour and is entirely optional. However, if you feel our service exceeded your expectations, a customary gratuity of 15-20% is always appreciated.

Safe Boating Conditions

• Tours will proceed as scheduled in light rain or overcast weather. However, safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, heavy rain, or lightning), the tour will be canceled or postponed.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

• If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a later date.

 Guest-Initiated Weather Concerns

• If guests wish to cancel or reschedule their tour due to weather concerns, standard cancellation terms apply unless the operator has officially canceled the tour.

 Day-of-Weather Monitoring

• Weather conditions will be monitored up to the time of departure. If a sudden change in weather requires cancellation or delay, guests will be notified immediately.

Partial Trip Weather Interruptions

• If a tour begins but must be cut short due to sudden unsafe weather, guests will receive a prorated refund or a partial credit toward a future booking.
